Shindengen Electric Manufacturing has released the D3UBA80 surface-mount bridge diode for consumer electronics.
In consumer electronics, which are evolving day by day, the number of parts is increasing due to the addition of more functions. This has led to the need for components to be made smaller, as they are required to be arranged in a limited space. Furthermore, power consumption is also increasing, and there is a demand for both miniaturization and increased capacity.
In order to meet these needs, Shindengen Electric Manufacturing has released the D3UBA80 surface-mount bridge diode.This product uses the proven SOPA-4 small surface-mount package, and by completely redesigning the internal structure, it has achieved a rated current of 3A and an IFSM of 60A, despite its small, thin package.
This contributes to the miniaturization and increased capacity of consumer electronics.
