Reorganization of Shindengen UK Ltd.

As part of our commitment to growth and efficiency, we are implementing a restructuring of our organization. We have established ‘Shindengen Europe GmbH’ at Dusseldorf/Germany, we will start our business operation on ‘Shindengen Europe GmbH’ from 01.04.2025.
This strategic realignment is designed to enhance our operational effectiveness and better position for future challenges and opportunities.

The change will be as follows:
Shindengen UK Ltd will be closed.

Shindengen Europe GmbH will newly be established as 100% subsidiary of Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
